Can I get a refund?

Yes — within 14 days of purchase, on monthly or annual, no questions asked. Email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.

How do I cancel?

Anytime, from your account settings under the "Membership" card. Your membership runs through the period you've already paid for.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link, via Stripe. Card details aren’t stored on our servers.

What happens to my library if I cancel?

It stays. Articles already on your Kindle remain there, and your PTR library keeps the full archive. New sends drop back to the free limits — 10 articles and 3 digests per month — until you renew.

Why is Founder pricing structured this way?

The first 150 annual members fund the work ahead. In return, you keep the Founder percentage discount for as long as you're a member. After 150, the discount retires and annual returns to its regular price.

Which devices are supported?

Today, any Kindle that accepts Send-to-Kindle email — Paperwhite, Oasis, Scribe, Basic, Colorsoft, and the Kindle apps. Kobo and reMarkable are on the roadmap.
